The poll has spoken, night shot it is =)

I was suppose to post this shot even before i decided to make the poll, but somehow i got distracted. Anyways, here it is, new addition to the construction yard series i have been posting, see 'Under Construction' and 'Night Shift'.

140 sec exposure with external flash shot multiple times. I recall shooting the flash 5 times from the left side and 2 times from right side during the exposure. The site didn't have any lighting at all, except those coming from over the distance.

Awesome sky, love the way the leftmost light balances the shot. Great!

You are what yesterday's choices have made you.

man, this is awesome...why does the sky always look so dramatic in your photos? how do you get that effect...i take it you don't use photoshop for something like that, right?...is that were the exposure time comes in?

I love the sky like everyone else seems to do and it makes the picture look dynamic and lively. It's just that the actual subject of the photo doesn't seem interesting enough to me. It might work better in a big size, but at least in this size it looks too much like random clutter than "industrial exploration" to me.

Interessting Idea! For me, the red in the down right corner is a bit disturbing. Besides that its quite a nice shot....

Clouds can't stay still for 140 seconds! ;P
:iconsatansgoalie:
ummm...yes, i realize that...that's what i asked if the clouds looked like that because of the length of time the film was exposed.
